We accept most major insurance plans and can assist you in filing your orthodontic insurance claims after each visit. To find out if we are a part of your network and to learn more about your plan benefits, please contact your insurance company directly.
We file insurance claims after your initial visit as a courtesy to our patients. However, we do not have a contract with your insurance company, only you do. For this reason, we cannot take part in how your insurance company handles its claims, for what benefits they pay on a claim, or any errors that occur in the processing of your claim. We are only able to assist you in estimating the patient co-pay for your child’s orthodontic treatment needs. Please understand, an estimate is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance.
